Very reactive legal representation. Did not want to go to court. Did not demand important documents. Let her assistant do all the work. I was left with a mess to deal with. I actually felt she was representing my ex husband better than me.
If you’re looking for an attorney, DO NOT hire Rose Marsh. She represented my mother for a case for a short period, collected a huge retainer up front while claiming she would collect attorneys fees from the other side. After a while she decided to withdraw from the case and we went to a new firm. The new attorneys were night and day compared to Rose. Years later the new firm settled the case then Rose came out of the woodwork suing for $100k in attorneys fees for essentially doing nothing. I would never hire her for anything even if it was free of charge. Save yourself the headache and look for another attorney.
Rose Marsh was not responsive and I interacted more with her admin assistant. She did not invest sufficient time in my case and repeatedly told me to "trust her" on an extremely stressful situation. I trusted her for over a year and realized it was a huge mistake. Her billing was inconsistent and we were losing to the opposing (less experienced) counsel that negatively impacted my well-being and children's lives. I do not recommend Rose and would ask for detailed billing if you do employ her.
