Working with Kortney was a nightmare. She was not prepared and had no knowledge. I had to call her afterwards. She screamed at me. I’m a mental health medical professional and could not reason with her. We had a virtual court hearing before a judge due to me being out of state and COVID. She never looked up. Asked for a recess and whispered in the hallway. I could not understand a word she said. The most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I spent a fair amount of money due to a retired Attorney in Polk county trying to punish me with no evidence. Bunch of liars. I hired Robert at Eulo/Smith. He was out of town and dumped me on Kortney. They got caught in their lies. He said he did not handle these cases even though I paid him. Kortney slipped up and said he was out of town. Bunch of liars at Eulo/Smith. I have another court date with Robert. I asked for a BOP. He refused and sent it to diversion. Still waiting. Never hire these people.
