Above all else, I believe in the Constitution and in a person's right to be represented by a capable lawyer during what may be one of his or her most difficult times in life. When charged with a crime or accused of professional misconduct, don't accept a plea offer or settlement agreement until you speak with a qualified attorney. I protect my clients by pursuing a resolution that will put them in the best possible position for their future. Many issues can be resolved amicably with the government's lawyers. However, if a hearing or trial is necessary, my experience and skill in the courtroom will put you in the best possible position to achieve your goals.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
