I’m very grateful for the help I receive from Mr. James Cunningham. I found the need of his services, through the review of others, to represent me and my family when an automobile accident resulted in the tragic death of my husband. Mr. Cunningham and his staff exceeded my expectations. At any time I needed them, they were always available to help quickly and with a high level of professionalism. Everything was explained in detail and made a horrifically sad time for me and my family a bit better. If you need an attorney, Mr. Cunningham is the one. I highly recommend, he helped me so much with my case until everything was taken care of.

I can't say enough good things. I had no experience with legal matters at the time of my accident but Jim and his paralegal Karen were able to explain all my options and their consequences at each stage, in a way that didn't leave me feeling overloaded on information but also fully informed of how things worked. During my case they would check up on me regularly for status updates, but not so frequently that I felt distracted or bothered. Perfect marks. I had full confidence that I had all the information I needed and that it was current, and could simply focus on treatment. On a personal level Jim and Karen both come across as highly intelligent, competent, and maybe a bit like people who enjoy solving problems. Jim himself is very polite and friendly, but I get the sense that I would probably not do too well against him at cards. His resume is very impressive. For me, that's perfect for what I want the other party to face.

I was injured in a motor vehicle accident while on vacation in Florida. After learning my injuries were going to be expensive and long term, I did my research and contacted James Cunningham to represent me. Throughout the long and trying legal process, his office stayed in close contact with me. Tasks were communicated and completed quickly and I always felt I was in the loop. During the waiting and until the final settlement, I was always treated fairly and honestly. Barbara and Karen were incredibly organized and on top of everything at all times. Although I wish I wouldn't have had to go through this, it was great to have an attorney with integrity to navigate for me.
