I was in a bad car accident, with my infant son in the car. My car was totaled and I incurred injuries. I knew I needed legal representation but hadn’t used an attorney before; the idea of finding and using an attorney was intimidating. We were referred to Mr. Cunningham and I’m so thankful for his help! Mr. Cunningham made the process very easy. He was kind and guided me with sound advise. He was able to get us the maximum settlement possible, more than we imagined, and we’re so grateful! His legal assistant, Karen, is so warm and efficient. She truly cared for us. I was involved in a serious automobile accident and was injured. My sister recommended I call James Cunningham, as he was her attorney several years ago and she was overly pleased with how he handled her case and the outcome. Mr. Cunningham met me in my home, and I immediately knew upon meeting with him that he was the attorney I needed. He was kind, compassionate, professional and had many years of experience. He personally would be handling my case and I wouldn’t be working with another attorney with less experience at his firm. During my P.I. case all my questions were promptly answered, I was always treated with kindness, professionalism and everything that was happening was explained to me in a way I could understand. Karen was just as amazing as Mr. Cunningham. She was very professional and returned my calls and emails very quickly. I was treated as a person with kindness and not just a number. At the end of my case, I was extremely pleased with the outcome.

My case was one of automobile-vs-bicycle. I was run over by a driver making a right turn on red without checking to ensure the crosswalk was clear off pedestrians. I was very satisfied with Mr. Cunningham and his staff, Karen Lejune. For as small an office, they are very, very efficient! Very complete, thorough and knowledgeable! This office has a compassionate and empathic spirit about it. As far as lawyers are portrayed as, I have to stand in the gap here and say, "This law firm has an integrity that's second to none!" They mean what they say and do what they promise. Above all... trustworthy! They recovered 70K on my behalf and got me back on my feet. They care... I "Highly" recommend this law firm. I wish they could reperesent me in all my legal matters. May God continually bless this firm and its clients because of them.
