J. David Tax Law LLC Pro

I have worked with J. David Tax Law twice over the past few years and each time very pleased with the work, client care and overall outcome. The first was an IRS audit - they were prepared, worked hard, kept me in the loop 100% of the time. The second was filing an offer in compromise and completion of a past due return. I have no complaints and will use this firm services again should the need arise. They are all you could help when dealing with tax debt.

I hesitate in writing this because I don't think anyone would believe it. Start to finish he closed out my case with the IRS in 24 days. I couldn't believe it.. And I ended up owing nothing. When I spoke to him for the consult he said he thought it would take less than a month and I didn't really believe it myself. The only reason I went with him is because all these other places were calling me and I never got to speak to an actual lawyer. On a recommendation I called this firm of attorneys.

I must say before I contacted J.David Tax Law I had no clue on how to deal with the threats of the IRS I just knew they would garnish me and hang me out to dry with out a care in the world and I must say if it wasn’t for J. David Tax Law that would’v been the case. I made the call to them and they took total control of my case with the IRS and I can’t believe the out come that was granted by the IRS after J. As most people can imagine, being audited by the IRS is overwhelming to say the least let alone finding out that you owe a substantial sum of money. I sought help from a bankruptcy attorney after my audit who just wanted me to file for bankruptcy to delay the tax issues. Bankruptcy wouldn't even stop the interest from accruing with the IRS. I would have owed a fortune by the time the bankruptcy was over. Fortunately a friend recommended J. David Tax Law to me and they have done great for me.

When I got the call that my case was done with the IRS yesterday my attorney that handled my case told me that if I was satisfied with the experience and resolution with the IRS to please leave a review. I am more than satisfied, J. David Tax Law exceeded what I'd hoped for. I don't have to pay the IRS a dime and in less than a year the IRS runs out of time to collect and this whole mess is over. I didn't think I could afford a tax attorney but they worked with me on the fee payment. Awesome!

This firm handled both my personal and business tax issues in an effective and professional manner. I owed a lot from a 401k distribution and a failed business. I'm ex-military and like things to be efficient. I tracked every interaction with the firm and we were in touch 47 times over the course of a few months.
