The senior partners of DSK Law began practice together in 1976, and developed a dynamic firm that has grown with Central Florida. The firm is engaged in the general practice of law and represents a wide range of individual and corporate clients in a variety of legal matters.
They have always responded in a timely manner and with a very professional demeanor. They have been knowledgable and responsive.

I secured the services of this firm via Legal Shield. Excellent legal representation. For the duration of litigation, I was billed at the discounted Legal Shield rate. However, when the case was settled, I was ultimately billed at the regular rate rather than the discounted Legal Shield rate. I protested being billed at the regular rate to no avail. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR BILLING PROTOCOL.
We were not at all happy with the lawyer we were assigned to, but I cannot remember his name. We started out with Mr. Knight and we were quite happy with him. I would not recommend the attorney we had to work with nor his assistant.
I felt they were not very interested. The did send a letter requesting information on my behalf but never got back to me on whether they received a reply or to give any information concerning any reply they may have received.
Felice Dizon is one of the rudest attorneys I have ever worked with and since I work in court I have worked with most attorneys in Central Florida. She interrupted constantly, was sarcastic and caustic, and in the end hung up on me when I suggested that her attitude made working with her difficult. I'm told this is a violation of the Code of Conduct required by the Bar Association, with which I filed a complaint. The other attorneys I worked with there are nicer but not timely. I've sent then documents they requested and often don't even know whether they received them or did anything with them. A complaint to Legal Shield is useless as they maintain that this is the behavior of all law firms, which I know not to be true. Since there is no other Legal Shield option than DSK Law, I'll be terminating my membership.
I recently became a LegalShield member and this was my first call to your firm. Latitia Wood seemed short and wanted to get off the phone rather than be helpful. Her demeanor led me to believe that I was an interruption.
Because of their irresponsibility my life is now in danger.
