Our history of client satisfaction is a result of responsiveness to client expectations, and open communication regarding file handling and fees.

Swift, comprehensive initial evaluations and regular reporting are our trademarks. A thorough attorney case analysis is provided quickly, usually within 30 days of receipt of the file. This case analysis includes our opinion on liability, damages, potential exposure, anticipated fees and costs, settlement recommendations, and an evaluation of the trial judge and opposing counsel. Only essential, authorized discovery is undertaken, and it is our goal to bring the case to trial within one year of receiving the suit papers.

Each year the firm produces a claims manual on selected topics especially designed for the claims examiner. The Florida Claims Manual is available upon request at no cost to the client.

Hired Attorney David A. Fifner

David was my defense lawyer in an Auto Accident. He is very genuine, hugely experienced and kept me fully informed along the entire 12 months + duration of the multi-civil lawsuits involved. He was extremely reassuring and a very calming influence. He has excellent communication/negotiation skills and secured such a great outcome for me - I could have done backflips! If you are unfortunate enough to seek the services of an Automobile Accident Defense lawyer - he's your man!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
