She overcharged for everything. If I spent 2 minutes on the phone with her, I was charged for a quarter of an hour. If I spent 16 minutes on the phone with her, I was charged for a half an hour. Every piece of mail was sent twice and yes, I was charged for each piece of mail.She did not listen to my needs or wants. In my opinion, she is very selfish. For services I received should have cost no more than 4K, but I was charged over 13K. And the problems were not resolved. I had to seek new council
