The National Trial Lawyers is a national organization composed of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers from each state.     He represents clients in complex personal injury cases, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice cases, wrongful death cases, product liability cases, medical device cases, Federal Tort Claims Act cases as well as cases involving business litigation. He also enjoys mentoring young lawyers on all aspects of their practice.

    Mr. Costantino was born in Albany, Georgia and grew up in Jacksonville. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from the University of Florida in 1985. Mr. Costantino received his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1988. While in law school he was the Student Works Editor and Senior Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. While not practicing law, Mr. Costantino enjoys spending time with his wife Monica and their four children.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness.
