Barbi is one of the smartest lawyers I've ever met. She really knows what she's doing and at the same time, she was so sweet and comforting during both of my experiences with her. I originally used her for a divorce and custody battle and had such a great experience with her that I came back to her for a criminal matter I ran into later. She definitely did not disappoint and got the criminal matter handled. Now, I use her as my lawyer for any and everything and she's always available to me.
Barbara is an outstanding, highly professional, highly focused attorney. She represented me in a pardon petition and WON. She was able to collect facts, make the calls needed, and push the points of justifying a second chance. I have a great job now and am working on a MA - I would have none of this without the pardon she won for me. She is absolutely wonderful. Algert Agricola ended my case at the preliminary hearing level. Couldn't ask for better results. A bit expensive, but good representation cost. Beats the alternative.
I was extremely unimpressed with Al Agricola. With most law offices I contacted to see if they would be interested in my case I spoke with an attorney and told them my story. They then decided if it was a facet of the law that they were experienced in or if they felt comfortable representing me. After doing this several times I found the perfect fit for my case. With Al Agricola I had to pay a fee just to speak with him. He gave me terrible advice that was completely wrong. Had I listened to him I would not have had the positive outcome that I had. By choosing a different attorney I had a much better experience. Do not give your money to this man
Everyone needs a lawyer who will fight for them, a lawyer who will do everything they can to keep their clients from getting incarcerated or a lowest sentencing possible. If you are fighting for your life you need a real lawyer. No one wants a lawyer who's not going even attempt to try & it should be some type of repercussion against the lawyer but it's not, they falsely say they did they job knowing they didn't.
