As a family member of someone wrongfully accused you seek understanding and professionalism. That’s what we got. No one can be promised an outcome but we were confident after the first meeting. When our case was logically presented to the prosecuting attorney, the case was dropped. Didn’t have to go to court. Relief and gratitude are wonderful feelings!

Mallory and her team were amazing to work with. I was forced into a very difficult situation in which I was wrongly accused. The panic and uncertainty was overwhelming. They did a phenomenal job breaking everything down for me and providing a strategic plan as to how we were going to address my legal situation. The experts they have access to and their thoroughness were simply amazing. As a result, my case was dismissed. I would highly recommend Mallory, her team, and Berry Law Firm. I was very impressed with their services.

Berry Law and Mallory Hughes have my absolute highest recommendation! We own three businesses in Omaha. As a local business owner, I can say Berry Law has a lot to be proud of: outstanding, motivated employees, owners that CARE and contribute to Lincoln and Omaha, and first class representation of all of their clients, veterans and non-veterans alike.

Mallory is the best attorney you can get. She's a reliable attorney that is fast at responding, direct, and looks at a given case with a perspective that you can't get with an average attorney. I put my trust and faith in her guidance and everything worked exactly as she said it would.
