• September 22, 2017: Dismissal of First Degree Sex Assault Charge.

• December 19, 2016: Dismissal of Protection Order filed against client following 1-day evidentiary hearing

As a family member of someone wrongfully accused you seek understanding and professionalism. That’s what we got. No one can be promised an outcome but we were confident after the first meeting. When our case was logically presented to the prosecuting attorney, the case was dropped. Didn’t have to go to court. Relief and gratitude are wonderful feelings!
