Unlike defense work, where the client is usually a large insurance company, Joshua has enjoyed the far more personal aspects of working with actual plaintiffs. “What is interesting about the plaintiff side is how you’re able to juggle the complexities of each case, while always keeping in mind you have a client to take care of and walk through this difficult process. Most clients have never been through a legal case before, and that can be a shock and a traumatic event in and of itself. At the end of the day, I want my clients to know I am not only looking out for their wellbeing, but I’m always going to treat them fairly, like they should and need to be treated, and help them do what is best for their present and future interests.”

I was referred to Joshua Yambor by a fellow attorney to help with the subrogation process at BCBS after my son was hit by a car. Joshua is one of those professionals you don't always expect to encounter but so grateful when you do. We spent pennies on the dollar in comparison so other clients, I'm sure, but at no point was our service or result indictive of that. Joshua showed deep and sincere concern for my son and getting him the best result (which he accomplished!!), he and his team (Alexandra Cianciaruso) were prompt and effective in their communications, I even received a refund of monies unused after completion of service. I would recommend and encourage anyone in need to reach out to Joshua with full confidence they'd be happy with their choice and well taken care of.

My wife and I used Josh for a personal injury claim, and she was great. It took about 1.5 years, but she was able to get a successful settlement and really stuck with it through a lot of issues dealing with the other side. I would highly recommend her if you need a personal injury attorney.

Attorney Josh Yambor was awesome! Josh is a very knowledgeable and experienced personnel injury attorney. When I had any questions or concerns Josh would always respond in a timely manner, he would take the time to address my questions or concerns so I’m heard and at ease with my case. If I’m ever injured in a wreck again, I want Josh Yambor to represent me. He is the best personal injury attorney that I know. I will recommend Josh to anyone that is looking for a personal injury attorney. I wasn’t sure who to turn to after being rear ended and suffering extensive injuries to my back and hip! I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and reached out to Berry Law for legal representation. I was welcomed by Josh and Alexandra and immediately knew I was in good hands.
