Hired Attorney Chelsea Williamson

I am the principal of Victory Cleaning Systems, Inc. The court's order authorizing WM Law as our Chapter 11 Subchapter V counsel named five attorneys, including Ms. Williamson, as authorized counsel of record (In re Victory Cleaning Systems, Inc., 24-40010, W.D. Mo. Bankr., Doc 18, 2/5/2024). Ms. Williamson never sent me a substantive communication in this case. She did not appear at the April 15, 2026 hearing. I sent a preservation letter 4/17/2026 and a demand for the complete client file 4/20/2026 with a 4/27/2026 deadline. She was named on both. The deadline has passed without delivery. Ms. Williamson presents herself as a Consumer Protection and Bankruptcy Attorney. Missouri Rule 4-1.16(d) and Kansas Rule 1.16(d) (she is admitted in both) require return of a former client's file on termination. She has produced nothing.
