Hired Attorney O. Clifton Gooding

Mr. Gooding barely supplied ANY information regarding the stipulations of actually following through with bankruptcy. He's a cocky man that quickly runs you through the process to make his money. He's a smoocher....

Hired Law Firm

I sought advice from Mr. Gooding about filing bankruptcy, I told him I was receiving about 175 thousand dollars in a few months and that I had a judgement for 12000 against me. I told him I wanted to discharge the 12000 before I received the 175 thousand dollars and he said it would not be a problem and that we needed to hurry. He said I needed to pay him in full right away and I did. Then I found out that I in fact could NOT file bankruptcy, he refused to refund the 1500.00 I gave him.
