I believe Marrs served as an administrative law judge for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority in 2023, and this was my experience with her. Upon this insurance appeal, she appeared to discount the assessments and recommendations of my treating physicians, despite extensive medical records and documented continuity of care. It did not appear due diligence or standard of care was applied before narrative conclusions were introduced by her.
