Ms. Kinds Stewart was hired to file my bankruptcy for me in 2014. It was my intention to reaffirm my home loan. I filled out everything she asked me to and assumed it was settled. A year later I learned that my lender informed her that more information was needed. That was never communicated to me and as a result my bankruptcy was discharged and my home loan was not reaffirmed. This is gross negligence and could have been avoided. I wanted to remain financially accountable to my lender.
