Damien has earned my respect for his honesty and knowledge. He is a value to anyone who is in the position of his knowledge in his occupation, and is extremely helpful to the layman who does not have a clue.
Damien Aranguren is a wonderful professional attorney like none other. He kept me informed on the case always returning my calls, text and emails promptly. He made this process extremely easy. This is one attorney that really knows what he is doing and cares about his clients. He's dependable and he treats his clients as though they were his own family. It's rare to find honest attorneys like him. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Damien is a rarity in the legal world. Working in the legal field for so long, I have dealt with a variety of attorneys and their personalities. Not only does Damien know his law, he is personable, responsive and patient. He makes the law understandable instead of talking in circles. Damien never made me feel ashamed of my situation or hopeless. I remember the first meeting I was not so nice and really just fed up with my situation entirely. Damien didn't take offense, listened to me rant and tell him the situation, then told me options and gave me the game plan. He was honest, direct and compassionate. No muss, no fuss. Best decision I ever made to hire him. He saved my sanity and my house.
Very poor communication skills, doesn't keep you updated on what's going on, doesn't return phone calls, won't answer phone calls. very hard to get ahold of him.The consultation he was good until he got our money every since then it's been hard to get ahold of him. We hired and paid him $250and he wrote a demand letter for us with failed attempts at getting it delivered so he wanted us to hire a private server which we were doing that, so I had an appointment with Damian to pick the letter up in which he never even showed up for this appointment. I waited for an hour. Tried calling him several times, wrote email several times, left messages to see why he didnt show up .. no response and to this day I still haven't heard from him and it's been a week. This is unprofessional in my opinion and to make matters worse he don't even have a secretary to answer phone calls for him it's a one man show so if you can't get a hold of him you're out of luck because he's bad at returning calls.
