Welcome to the website of The Baldwin Law Firm, LLC, a law firm primarily practicing Family Law and Estate Planning, and has been serving Northern Virginia for more than 30 years in Oakton, Vienna, Fairfax, Herndon, Reston Dranesville Merrifield and Arlington. Our law firm practices before all the courts in Fairfax County, Arlington County, Prince William County, Loudoun County, and Alexandria City, as well as the Court of Appeals of Virginia, in cases involving separation and divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, and property division. We also handle premarital agreements, marital agreements, separation agreements, paternity, and family abuse matters.

We prepare wills, trusts, advance medical directives ("living wills"), and durable power of attorney, and also represent the next of kin in administering the estate of deceased family members.

Our firm is located in Oakton, Virginia, a few minutes off Interstate 66 and convenient to Washington, D.C., Tyson's Corner, McLean, Vienna, Fairfax City, Centreville, and Manassas. It was founded by Roy J. Baldwin, Esq., a graduate of the University of Nebraska and the George Washington University Law School. Our lawyers are members of the American Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar, and the Fairfax Bar Association.

I am a very satisfied client of this law firm that I have been using for several years for some very difficult and complex legal issues relating to a divorce, child support and the division of a business interest. On several issues I was initially ruled against by a very biased judge and this law firm appealed each bad decision and won victories every time and the lower court was overruled. Hired Attorney Mr. Samuel Leven

Mr. Leven has been my attorney for several years and has successfully handled many complex legal issues relating to a complicated divorce and child support arrangement. He is extremely responsive and is on top of all the relevant legal precedents. He was very successful in overturning some unfavorable rulings for my case in the Virginia Appeals Court. He is a highly ethical legal counselor and his advice is candid, intelligent and on point in every situation. But most importantly, he wins!

My case was started by another lawyer, who suddenly left, leaving my case in shambles and me without representation. Sam picked up the pieces and very quickly brought everything together to a favorable completion. Then, continued to assist me through the last support payment.
