Mr. Leven has been my attorney for several years and has successfully handled many complex legal issues relating to a complicated divorce and child support arrangement. He is extremely responsive and is on top of all the relevant legal precedents. He was very successful in overturning some unfavorable rulings for my case in the Virginia Appeals Court. He is a highly ethical legal counselor and his advice is candid, intelligent and on point in every situation. But most importantly, he wins!

My case was started by another lawyer, who suddenly left, leaving my case in shambles and me without representation. Sam picked up the pieces and very quickly brought everything together to a favorable completion. Then, continued to assist me through the last support payment. Sam never let me down or overcharged his services. I highly recommend Sam as one of the best attorneys I have worked with.
