Hired Attorney

Mr. Biel made a lot of promises that were not met. The property settlement portion of the divorce was lengthy and I don't feel that Mr. Biel represented me to the best of his ability because he was good friends with the opposing attorney. The only time things got done were when I wrote the letter.

Hired Attorney

Mark Biel is no longer a competent attorney. He rides on a reputation he can't live up to and does himself and others a disservice by continuing to practice law. He bullies clients and refuses to deal with anything out of his comfort zone. He charged me huge money for completely mishandling my case. He also behaved unethically, lying to coerce me to agree to a poor settlement so that he could be done with my case. I switched attorneys and got a much better settlement. Do not use this attorney.
