Krohn & Moss, Ltd. Consumer Law Center® was founded in 1995 by attorneys, Adam J. Krohn and Gregory H. Moss, to provide legal representation to consumers with defective vehicles and products. I had 2 cases that they handled very well, although sometimes it was a little difficult to get in touch with them. They settled my case to my satisfaction. I recommended them to another friend. I thought I needed their services again so I called, over 2 weeks and no responses to my voicemails and emails.

Beware when interacting with this law firm. They lack integrity and competency. I submitted a free case review for a lemon law matter and was quickly connected with an attorney. I signed a contract for legal representation and presumed matters were progressing. Everything seemed to be fine then out of nowhere the attorney contacted me asking if I knew of a law firm in the state I lived that they could "partner with" to use their law license. Evidently Krohn & Moss does not have a law license to operate in the state I live. They were well aware of what state I lived in when they said they could represent me. On multiple occasions I provide the attorney contact information for local law firms that I knew of so Krohn & Moss could attempt to work out an agreement to use their law license for my case. This circus lasted for a month before the attorney contacted me and said they could not represent me due to their inability to reach an agreement with anyone to use their law license.

Terrible company that touts their big bad winning percentage and success rate but doesn't give two damns about their customers. The whole process has been about how much money they can get for themselves, we are taking a huge loss as the customer but at least Krohn & Moss can collect all of their fees which btw TRIPLED over night unexpectedly and without without warning right at the end when it was time to collect a check. Total scam artists that care about nothing but themselves, they really fooled us. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN WAYYYYY BETTER OFF WITHOUT THEM, BE WARY OF THEIR SMOOTH TALKING AND EMPTY PROMISES.

Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
