I had signed up for a free credit report and received a call from this firm days later. John Heath, the man I spoke with offered me a program to straighten out my credit and remove illegal and incorrect items from my history, thus improving my rating. He told me it would be 9.95 up front, then 99.00 in a week, then 79.95 the following month to process everything. He DID NOT tell me it was an ongoing cost of 79.97 monthly and being on S.S. disability (which he was informed of) this is a lot.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
