Jessica Walsh has been my attorney for over ten years. From drafting and negotiating the prenup and throughout every motion, hearing and negotiation of my two divorces. I initially called Cervizzi and associates for a consolation in an emergency situation involving custody. They were very responsive. I got them on the phone the same day. They were helpful with education about my rights, and gave me possible scenarios/ plans. After hearing good things from other clients and the great consultation, I hired attorney Walsh and she helped guide me through a grueling 2.5 year custody battle. The firm is a well oiled machine with great billing, paralegals and secretaries while still being personal and taking the time to get to know me and my situation. They worked with me on finances and were available for regular communication during the more intensive and stressful parts of my case. I have now worked with this firm through a very long custody case involving a GAL as well as multiple contempt hearings and a restraining order. I highly recommend them.

I called lawyer after lawyer trying to get answers to a very complicated interstate child support case. The attorneys I talked to were either short with me as they had no knowledge of what I needed, or they were trying to get a retainer from me and thought they could research the other state and do the job. Neither would work. Then, I made an appointment with Amy Kraft, emailing her my situation. To my utter surprise I got a very long email before the appointment explaining many possibilities of my case, the why, the who, the how before we spoke. And, to my shock, Amy said that interstate law, being an expert in a state outside of MA was not something she felt she could help me to the fullest. We emailed a few times, no fees, just direction and advice which turned out to be good advice! I took her suggestions and am on a good path. I am happy to say if you want a knowledgeable MA attorney in family law whose first priority is not money, I wouldn't hesitate to say call Amy Kraft!
