My first contact with Mr. Romaguera was in the early 2000's. I was serving as general counsel for a large health system, and we acquired a nursing home facility. Mr. Romaguera was defending the facility in a malpractice action, so I met with him to discuss the case, and was immediately impressed. So much so, that I began using him and his firm for other work within the system. That relationship continues to this day.
