All I can say is wow! I have always been wary of lawyers in general, and to an extent I still am, except for Ted and his team. Several people worked with me and at least one of them was always available for my questions and would actually reach out to me with updates - to first hear from my attorney Liam was surprising (great guy by the way - relatable, competent and highly capable) but then to hear from the owner of the firm just amazed me. But he did! I spoke to Ted several times throughout the process and I’ve got to say, he is really down to earth and it’s clear that he actually cares about his clients, which was refreshing to see bc I didn’t expect that at all. Lencola is also fantastic - I believe she was the paralegal but she was always eager to help and made me feel better about my case. Ted, Liam and Lencola got the max for both myself and my husband (we were rear ended on the Don Holt while at a dead stop and both had back injuries). Thanks guys!!!
I was t-boned, my car flipped and rolled over twice. After the accident in the hospital, my wife called Ted Law Firm. We knew we were going to need a lot of help. I was hurt and couldn't even concentrate enough to handle what needed to be handed. Ted, his managing attorney Laura, and Paralegal Cola - ALL acted fast in handling all my insurance and bureaucracy that surrounded me. They set me up with great treatment and a surgeon for my shoulder. I can't recommend them enough. I truly feel taken care of and like family. Thank you to Ted and his team. Because of you all, I didn't have to worry. Heh, the settlement won't be too bad either! ;)
Very disappointed in having chose this firm to represent me with my injury case. The last think I expected was me having to worry about my the injuries that I sustained in my car accident and on top of that now also having the burden of getting the run around for my settlement check from my lawyer and the staff. But I guess that's what happens when you hire a law firm without a brick and mortal building in your home state. Take from my experience and please consider another firm if you are in the Atlanta area.
