Mr. Broccoletti is one of the best attorneys in the area. He has assisted my family and friends for many years and would be the only attorney I would trust in a time of need.

Excellent Attorney!!! He may be expensive but, he's well worth the price. Its easy to see why Mr. Broccoletti is so successful, he works hard for you, he's a good listener and I'm so thankful, that I was lucky enough to have met him while I was going through a hard time. Thank You for Everything.
My situation was complicated as it intervened other life circumstances. Mr Lorello was responsible to set me free and let the truth has it call as defending my case as if I was in court while I was overseas. Very kind and acknowledging person that I would recommend for anyone who needs a lawyer.
Mr Broccoletti and at the time Mr Zoby provided me with great service and Mr B gave me a second chance in life that my family and I are forever greatful.
Thank you
Mr. B
I am writing this from my fiance's experience and at his behest. "I hired Mr. Broccoletti in 2009 and he allowed a number of issues to go unchecked such as how I did not have a co-conspirator but was convicted because he failed to investigate or consult me about my case. How I was convicted of aggravated malicious wounding of a dead person and he filed a motion to set aside my convictions with facts that should have been litigated during the trial. How he allowed my arrest with an arrest warrant that was not signed by a magistrate to go unchallenged. When asked why he didn't talk to a witness that provided a statement to the police he informed me that "the person didn't come forward to him". I wanted to testify at my trial, but he never prepared me to testify so I couldn't. After my trial I sent numerous letters asking questions and I was ignored for the most part or told he "didn't remember ". "
Mario Lorello is a low level attorney who isn’t interested in justice for his client. He works with Commonwealth Attorney to try to get his client to testify against co-defendant instead of putting forth an effort to win clients case. These are the facts. Use at your own risk.

Horrible experience this woman represented my son as his GAL. She needs be removed from being a GAL. She submits false reports to the judge and makes “over reaching” recommendations as she calls it. When I’m facts it’s deliberately and blatant biased and unethical decision making. A GAL is supposed to be impartial and not take sides. They should not take bribes either. I am a clinical social worker and this woman recommended sole custody to go to my ex when she knew my son was failing in school and he had been taken out of the private school that I had him in. She is threatened because I do not fit her stereotype. To make an example out of me she ordered me to supervised visitation because she accused me of false statements of calling my my ex boyfriend a sperm donor. I have reported her to the bar Association and of course they won’t do anything because of husband and who he is. I even asked the judge to remove her before she wrote the order.
DO NOT use Mr. Brocolletti! Pay attention to the not so favorable reviews across all platforms. It’s no coincidence that they all say the exact same thing. If it isn’t beneficial to him, he will take your money ($20k in this instance), completely neglect your case and abandon you after handing you over on a silver platter to the prosecutor. You could do a better job representing yourself for free.

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
