I WAS REFERRED TO THIS FIRM, BY A LEGAL PROTECTION COMPANY THAT I AM A MEMBER, FOR A CONTESTED DIVORCE THAT I AM THE DEFENDANT. THE ATTORNEY ASSIGNED WAS CONDESCENDING, DISMISSIVE AND DID NOT REPRESENT ME. I HAD TO TERMINATE HER SERVICES AND FIND OTHER COUNSEL WITH ANOTHER FIRM. I CAN NOT SPEAK ON THE ENTIRE FIRM, BUT I WILL SPEAK ON THE ATTORNEY THAT WAS ASSIGNED TO ME. TERRIBLE!

Hired Attorney Ryan Graves

I retained Mr. Graves for a divorce case. He obviously accepted a bribe from my abusive ex, because I paid him with the total of what was left on two credit cards. He never opened his mouth once to defend my case. He knew that I was terrified of my ex; yet, he never went over the case with me prior to the day of the "uncontested" divorce. HE was the one who didn't contest it. Yet, he knowingly allowed me to be presented by the ex's mistress at the court's clerks office where my ex worked for the city and constantly threatened me harm if I went down there. I was left with 4 children to raise on little money,except a little child support), no medical, no benefits, just trauma, and called "selfish" as I left broken. He even had the audacity to try to charge me later for having my maiden name restored. He should be removed immediately because his heart and mission are NOT for victims of abuse, but for his pockets. My ex had two attorneys. My kids and I would've been better off without him.

I contacted Mr. Fletcher because my daughter was sexually assaulted and I wanted her to have representation when we made our police report. I wanted to do this because when I was sexually assaulted and made a police report the police left me more damaged then the actual assault and I didn't want that to happen to my daughter and I was willing to pay to make sure she wasn't re-victimized. They made me feel that this was a waste of their time even though I was willing to pay for the rime

Hired Attorney Besianne Tavss Maiden

After being married for 22 years and having two children with my only husband he filed for divorce using the reason " mental cruelty" as he had no other reason. He was openly having an affair and moved in with this woman. I received nothing. Not one cent. By law i was entitled to half of each of his 401k plans. I was a house wife and extremely sick with serious disease. Then after the sale of our marital home, Ms. Tavss gave my half from escrow account that was in my name to my ex husband.

had ticket overturned on appeal by myself. lawyer showed no interest, never offered any defense in my behalf. lawyer ignored me and everything i told her & acted like she couldn't of cared less. if your looking... go anywhere else!
