After I ended up with neck injuries following an accident in Suffolk, VA, I really didn't want to deal with the insurance company anymore. I was sick of their games. I went to Cooper Hurley and was really impressed with the service I received. Jim Hurley worked hard for me and I received a great result. I suffered serious head injuries when my car was hit and rolled over in Norfolk. Although I was badly hurt, the insurance company wouldn't make me a fair offer. I went to Cooper Hurley and they filed to proceed with a law suit. I was really impressed with the way the firm treated me and my case and they secured me a much better settlement. I heard about John Cooper from my union rep after I was hurt in an on-the-job. I'm so glad I was represented by Mr. Cpooper. He was straight-foward, honest, responsive, and extremely helpful. He did a great job of explaining complex legal terms in "layman's terms." Any question I had, he was available and responsive. I would hire Mr. Cooper again if I ever need a railroad accident injury lawyer.

This gentleman doesn't usually do bankruptcies, but he took my case and handled it beautifully and made me feel at ease during the process. He usually does personal injury. I was desperate, and he didn't take advantage of that. His price to me was very reasonable. He was great!
