Richard Johnson and his team worked diligently to help me resolve a matter in real estate to a resolution that I didn't think could happen. I'm very grateful to have Richard on my side and recommend him for solving complex Real Estate matters.
We engaged with Mr. Johnson to help draft addendums and review a purchase agreement. In his initial emails, he was responsive. However Mr. Johnson has since failed to return any phone calls or emails. Out of the gate he was very pushy that we use his title agency when we were just asking for help with drafting addendum language to our purchase agreement. Once we got him on the phone, he spoke condescendingly and brought zero value to the table. He was completly unaware of our documents/need on the call. We ultimately decided to not use his services and severed our ties to him after a handful of emails and a single 13 min phone conversation—which he then charged twice the amount of time and has ghosted us. His website offers a free consultation, this is incorrect as he charged us from the moment he responded to our website contact form message.
We hired this guy to help us recover eighteen thousand dollars in a real estate transaction. I had two or three pre scheduled phone appointments that he was never available for and had to return my call, and each time I needed to remind him who I was and the details of our case we hired him for. So I don’t believe much effort was given to our case. This was my first and hopefully last time dealing with a lawyer.
