I worked with Mr. Colabella for 11 Years. He is an excellent lawyer and would recommend him to anyone.
very kind and helpful
Kind, compassionate and caring.
Mark Gruber was a horrible attorney choice for me. He billed $50,000. to represent me for my divorce- and was only my attorney for 3 months before we parted ways! During that time, he diddled around and represented me at a motion hearing (I will be generous and say it was 3 billable hours). He was so poorly prepared,- it was as if he never even looked at what the motion was about. I sent him multiple items for evidence,- to the point where he actually called me and told me to stop sending him things! When we got to court- he didn't bring any of them, The judge asked for multiple items as evidence. Each item (except 1 item) was sent to, what I believe to be, an incompetent attorney,- who was not able to produce them in court because he didn't bring them. Would it suprise you to learn we lost? I found him to be lazy. For example, instead of looking up records himself,- he would call our adversary for information. Divorce is hard enough, your attorney should not be making it harder.
