Hired Law Firm

The staff is very friendly yet they failed to do what the said. I hired them to defend me in a traffic case. They charged me 3 times more to ultimately do what others offered to do for less. The made no attempt to investigate prior to my court date and even during the hearing when the officer openly admitted that there were other vehicles involved that he choose not to pursue or ticket, my attorney did nothing. She clearly was not at all interested in me as a client

Review is badly inaccurate. Difficult case: so A LOT of research, camera footage, and witnesses. Discussed twice with client the danger of felony charges if we proceeded to trial. A plea to a misdemeanor was the prudent and safe option. Client agreed.
Divorce

It's bad enough the atty I received didn't feel like he should have to do any work to help with the divorce, just the simple paperwork. And since I decided I didn't want to waste my money, I expected a refund. I took the check to their bank and it was noticeable that Kelley Riley wrote the check out is not proofreading their work. The refund check was made out to a wrong person. These offices are supposed to be professional, not making such errors.

Hired Law Firm

Stay away!! Numerous errors in accounting. Bogus charges. Will charge you when you call to ask for someone else to call you back. I.E. They charge you twice for trying to talk to one person. Your wallet matters here and nothing else. Reference point. 7.8k in for a separation agreement in a divorce case. Enough was enough and sought counsel of someone else. They hit the charge button before anything and don't care about how much the whole case will cost.

Unsure of identity of this client! We have almost NO complaints about billing at this firm. If we do get one, we fix it. We are very sad to hear this information and wish we could have made this right with this client.

Hired Attorney Ivette Matos-Serrano

We hired Ivette to represent our daughter during her divorce. She was very impatient with our daughter. Threatening to quit, tell her to get another attorney. The words in the PSA WERE HARD TO UNDERSTAND. During a phone conversation with our family Ivette, got very impatient and told our daughter she was quitting. My daughter tried to apologize for getting frustrated, but Ivette wouldn't continue till the end. She left us hanging for 3 months. And finally her office sent a letter saying the contract was terminated. My daughter ask Several Times to see the final offer and she never sent it. My daughter said I will sign the offer just send it to me, with no response from the attorneys office.
