They spent hours of time waiting for me to arrive at the courthouse that was not expected due to complications from my late return from traveling and contacted the judge to notify him of this, so I would not get in further trouble. The owner and head lawyer also spent several hours with me on the first consultation before I had paid them any money at all answering questions on a few different areas of the law.

They are extremely knowledgeable and will consult with one another for advice on a case. They are very personable and you are made to feel at home when you arrive at the office. I have complete confidence that they will fully represent me.

This was my first experience being summoned to court for traffic violations had me stressed and anxious. I had called a number of lawyers looking for counsel and Jim was the most honest and forthcoming with information to help me decide if I could represent myself or needed help. I thought I hired a lawyer but truly, I got a great team of attorneys who worked and collaborated together to answer my questions and explained what to expect. Jim, Chris, James, and John were professional, knowledgeable, calm, and kind. On the day of, Mr. Aiello represented me and gave me the best possible outcome. Afterwards, he called to make sure I was okay. Understandablely, he advised me to drive safely and reminded me what steps I needed to follow if something similar happened again. I am grateful to have hired them. Tips to keep in mind when calling their office, please request an attorney call you back if their staff support is unable to answer your questions.

I contacted this law firm after finding them through my legal insurance, looking for basic guidance on how to proceed with a potential discrimination issue. I explained the situation to someone who was not a lawyer, only to be told that I would be contacted only if my case was considered important. That was it. I was not allowed to speak to an attorney and no one ever followed up. I was not asking them to take on a lawsuit, just hoping for a brief consultation. The message was clear: my experience did not matter enough for even a courtesy response. For a firm that claims to stand up for victims of discrimination, this kind of treatment is inexcusable. Being ignored when reaching out in good faith for help is not just unprofessional, it is dehumanizing. If you are looking for a firm that treats people with respect, this is not it.
