Law Offices Stuart L. Melnick, LLC, was founded by Stuart L. Melnick in 1994. We are a small, quality law firm with offices in mid-town Manhattan and Stamford, CT, serving the needs of individuals and entities of all kinds. We have a varied and diverse practice, and represent clients in connection with a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes and transactions. We handle all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals, and regularly appear in state and federal courts and arbitration forums. We also handle a wide variety of commercial and securities transactions and regularly counsel clients in connection with a host of corporate, commercial, SEC, regulatory, compliance, intellectual property, employment and related matters.

Stuart has acted as my counsel and has represented me and my business for many years. He is a very skilled and talented attorney, with strong business acumen. He's not about process; he's about results and doing that what it takes to achieve them -- cost-effectively and well.
