Seeking Justice For The Injured And Wrongfully Convicted

Originally established by Jerome Edelman, ours is widely recognized as one of the most prominent construction injury and civil litigation law firms in the country. At the time of his election, Jerome was one of only six members of the State Bar of New York to be admitted to the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, an organization of elite trial lawyers that limits its global membership to just 500.

In 1978, Martin Edelman joined his father and mentor to form what is known today as Edelman & Edelman, P.C. Martin Edelman dedicated himself in way that is very, very rare. Dedication & professionalism beyond the scope of most. My case was complicated, extremely technical and long. He does his ''homework' and follows through The firm that stands behind him really and truly and amazing. We all have legalities. Martin Edelman and his firm are of no comparison. Marty just goes above and beyond, putting him in a whole different league. {para}"you're in good hands' with Martin Edelman an is an understatement

Mr. Edelman took my very complicated case in 1981. He leveled with me that it would take a very long time. He answered my questions and returned all my phone calls. After many appeals, which we won, we finally had a jury trial in 2009. He joined with 4 other firms to attack and defeat a multinational law firm with 3 teams of lawyers. We won the largest verdict in a vaccine case. He is a caring, compassionate, extremely bright attorney that has laser-like focus. I recommend him very highly.

I was injured on a construction site with no witnesses to back me up and Martin Edelman took my case against all odds and reassured me since day 1 that he would do everything he could to get me the help I needed to move on with my life. He put together an army of lawyers and experts to represent me and carefully paid attention to every single detail and spared no expense in doing so, He also suggested some great doctors and I finally started to improve physically after no result with others.

Martin Edelman plays the odds. If your case is easy and it fits into his trial schedule you may come out alright. Otherwise, he will do a terrible job that will affect you for the rest of your life. I would not recommend him. His staff is not thorough and they will not do a decent job on your case.
