I chose Steven Ebert to handle my real estate transaction in New York City. I turned out to have an extremely difficult buyer, and Steven and his team were with me every step of the way. Steven dealt with my buyer very professionally, even when the demands were outrageous. During negotiations, Steven would just pick up the phone and call me in response to an email instead of making me go back-and-forth to clarify or resolve an issue. He was very straightforward and explained everything very clearly. He was on top of all the paperwork and what could’ve been a very difficult situation ran like clockwork. I highly recommend Steven Ebert.
