About Aaron M. Ser

Aaron Ser is devoted to ensuring individuals and their loved ones who have suffered personal injury receive the justice they deserve. Mr. Ser’s practice involves personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability and products liability. He is engaged in all aspects of litigation and zealously advocates for our clients.

Mr. Ser was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Thereafter, he attended both The Pennsylvania State University and Brooklyn Law School. During his time at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Ser worked in a variety of fields of law, all devoted to those in need. He interned with a foreclosure defense firm, medical malpractice firm, the Police Benevolent Association of the City of New York and a commercial litigation firm.

After law school, Mr. Ser worked at a medical malpractice and personal injury firm where he gained valuable insight into all aspects all litigation from case investigation to trial. He has successfully briefed and argued several summary judgment motions and appeals. Mr. Ser also co-authored an article published in a prominent medical journal, analyzing breast cancer medical malpractice litigation in New York.
