She has made this a seamless process by going above and beyond with her personable, respectful, honest and compassionate customer service. She is my Liaison. And, when she doesn’t know something she doesn’t BS- me or drags her feet. She honestly informs me and genuinely does her best to (“do”) obtain the necessary information and ensures I speak directly to the attorney in a timely fashion.
