I would leave messages and not receive a call back. I only got help when I complained to their P. R. Department. After complaining I was taken care of very well.
I was the third car in a three car accident which was caused by an intoxicated driver who was uninsured and driving a vehicle not registered to him. The only vehicle insured was the 2nd vehicle upon which we hit due to being horizontal across our lane of the Hwy. I had to have surgery on my shattered bones in left knee area and had no medical insurance to cover the $90,000 medical debt i now have due to Morris Bart stating that cuz of riding & being hit by some1 uninsured i didn't have a claim
Even though I did get a settlement I do not fill that my case was handled the best that it should have been.
He does not personally handle his cases promised in ads. He sends them to whatever office he has in your area and a litigator handles them. He was hired to handle medical and property damage (my car was totaled out). I was told after contract signed they only did medical. My car was new & pd off before the accident and I needed it replaced for me to keep my job which they said they could do but they did not and I ended up with a used car and more payments. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
