Since Charles Suisman, Max Shapiro and Louis Wool established themselves as skilled Connecticut attorneys in the 1930's and collaborated in the 1950's to form our firm, we have been protecting the interests of citizens and businesses in eastern Connecticut and beyond. Attorney Robert Keville is great. He has kept me apprised of the status of my case. He takes the time to explain things and makes sure I understand before departing. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. His staff is just as friendly and attentive as he is.

I feel that the way I was treated was exceptional. Mr.Collins is the most understanding and compassionate person I have in countered in a long time. How refreshing it was to know such people still exist. In one of the hardest times in my life he made it truly bearable from start to finish. And there aren't enough words to say to express my thanks.

I was in a MVA with a tractor trailer totaling my car and required three back surgeries. The worker’s comp threatened me to assist in recovering their monies so I consulted Mr. Collins about my options. He is the finest lawyer I’ve worked with. Keeping me informed, he and his associates dedication, preparation, fair value for my injuries, and ability to read parties resulted in a settlement exceeding expectations. He is concerned about helping you “the person” vice being just another client.

I am extremely satisfied with John Collins' services. I had a difficult to win Malpractice/wrongful death lawsuit with him. He did everything he could to produce the positive outcome. He and his wonderful staff always kept me well informed, made sure I had copies of everything, and responded quickly to my questions. John is hard working, knowledgeable, and thorough. He also communicates clearly and with compassion. I rave about him to everyone I know!

Used Attorney Jeff Hill, an a family law matter. Communication was dismal after retainer. Defensive and dismissive when I politely requested responses to reasonable questions that were being ignored. As a client I should not feel contempt from my own attorney, a director of the firm no less. Much of the problems I encountered on my case could have been avoided with better communication and direction from Mr Hill. Unfortunately I had expected more than a dismissive, condescending motion filer.
