When my husband was diagnosed with mesothelioma, life became overwhelming. From my first phone call with Annette, I knew that I had found the right firm to handle our case. Not only were Annette, Donni, and Mark knowledgeable on the law, but they were genuinely caring about our situation and Michael’s illness and most helpful in guiding us through available treatment options in our area. Even though our case is complete, the firm’s team continues to stay in touch and I value our relationship.

I submitted a questionnaire online late in the evening and by 10 a.m. the next morning, Jennifer Lucarelli was calling me to discuss my questions. We spent perhaps an hour on the phone. I was never pressured to sign anything or even pursue a lawsuit at the time. She also came to visit me in Boston while I was there recovering from surgery I had to have due to asbestos exposure. She always takes time to answer questions for me and is always there. I've been a client of the firm since 2006.

Hired Law Firm

Hired ELS&M back in 1996 to pursue an Asbestos Claim. Since Day One I have received only token effort. The V.A. has me listed out in the full disability category.
