About James F. Early

Since the 1980s, Attorney Early has successfully represented thousands of workers who contracted diseases due to occupational asbestos exposure. He is the co-founder and president of Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen.

A graduate of Harvard College and the Boston University School of Law, Attorney Early is a member of the Connecticut, New York, New Hampshire, and New Haven County Bar Associations, as well as the American Association for Justice and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.

Recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Plaintiffs since 2007, he was named “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers® in 2022 and 2024.
