Mr. Neely and his legal assistant Lisa very easy to work with. They were knowledgeable regarding Indiana wills and probate law and were able to guide us through the estate settlement process. I felt they were genuine and never felt as if we were "just another client."
I retained Mr. Neely's services to handle my father's estate and terminated his representation due to what occurred to me as his misunderstandings or misrepresentations of Indiana code, excessive billable hours for utterly unnecessary work, and work which I explicitly and repeatedly asked him NOT to perform, for which he demanded payment nonetheless. I do not recommend this attorney and strongly urge others to "get a second opinion" before retaining his services.
