We really went into his office clueless about whether we could be helped. We didn't feel like we were treated like failures or that we weren't worth his time. The only problem we had is when we have questions, it gets turned to one of the assistants and sometimes we have to call back a couple times to get an answer, but I really don't want quick, thoughtless answers when it comes to our lives so that's not a minus.
They were available at all times even at nights and weekends.
the office is too far from where I live to be able to comply to demands made
It seems as if as soon as our bankruptcy had gone through the court, he stopped being interested in talking with us when we had questions. His office had people who would tell us one thing and we'd find out it was very different. Although they have 24-hour phone service, if you have a question, you have to wait for the "right" person to come in. Our case has also been switched between 3 different paralegals to date, none of which seem familiar with our questions' answers. We feel alone.
Lied to us twice and almost made us loose our home. When we went to him for help because of his mistake it was oh well. You may have to give up your home. We are still working on this to get it worked out on our own. May still loose our home. But we are working one on one with the mortgage company.Last words he said to us after oh well was you still have to pay me. Which we are monthly. For nothing basically. The only help we got was from one of the paralegal.
