I had a car accident with personal injury in 2015. Rocky McElhaney was recommended by an attorney that I work with and they were very quick to respond and get my case started. They are very professional and took care of everything from that point forward which was a big relief for me. I had been trying to juggle all the paperwork involved with the accident and it was a burden they took from me. Highly recommend them and give kudos to Ali and Carmen.

After having been involved in an auto accident, I contacted the Law Firm of Rocky McElhaney to handle my personal injury legal issues. Due to the unfortunate circumstances of having been involved in two auto wrecks over the years I actually had to hire the firm twice. No one ever wants to have to deal with lawyers or be in the middle of a insurance dispute but if you do, I can honestly say that these guys are consistent and they took care of me both times. I would highly recommend this firm.

I was injured in a head on collision. I called Rocky McElhaney the next day. Rocky called me to talk about the wreck and my injuries and asked what could be done for me that day. They immediately sent James Klein to my house to talk about the wreck. {para}Over the next few months, James and the rest of the staff at the firm worked very hard for me in dealing with the other party's insurance company. I could not have asked for a better experience or result. Fantastic job!

Rocky hasn't been only a lawyer to me, he's also been my friend. I've known Rocky for almost 19 years. How I found Rocky was when I was injured at work. I had fell 14 feet into a crevice under a building. I was injured pretty bad and need somebody's help with my insurance and so on. It was a really bad time in my life. {para}He came to my house to meet with me and to look and see exactly what had happened.
