My husband and I were involved in a crash and we were taken to emergency room. Both of had neck pain and back pain. The insurance company for the person that hit us was not taking responsibility so we called Michael D. Ponce. We met with him and he has his staff immediately started working on our case. the insurance paid for our car and we also received a settlement. Michael D. Ponce and his staff were fast in getting us results. I highly recommend this office.

I was injured on the job and my employer did not want to send me to a doctor. I was hurting and I was getting a response from my employer. So I called and scheduled an appointment with Michael D. Ponce's office. Michael advised me of my rights and workers' compensation benefits. Immediately he and his staff began working on my case. I received the medical treatment that I needed and a settlement.
