I contacted Morgan and Morgan by filling out the online application. Next I know another lawyer is contacting me from Pennsylvania. No harm done but then when I finally get my settlement Morgan and Morgan received a good chunk of that money. I was very surprised because the commercial says they are here for you. I didn’t think they meant taking your money for doing practically nothing. I guess sending me to someone else is worth thousands of dollars!

They will not help you for a nursing home abuse case. They wouldn't give us the time of day. We had money in hand. We had proof, videos, time frames and abuse pictures. They did not care and wouldn't take it on

Not at all happy with Morgan & Morgan hired Mathew Gunter and he told me we had a great case. My case was based on wages not paid by an employer. Started out over 10,000 and ended up settling and getting less than 6,000 in pocket. I had documentation for over 4 years. Do not recommend them at all. Go else where for your attorney needs.

I called hoping that they would be large enough to work with the courts in the Civil and Criminal Arena, as my wife of 31 years was killed by the drugs that her doctor prescribed knowing that they would do her harm and no good. The medical examiner and the autopsy all confirmed this be the case. I spent well over an hour with the call center going through the harrowing story oh, this is fairly traumatic to me. I was promised an investigator would call shortly which they did not. I had to call them, luckily getting the nurse that took a lot of my information to find out that they could not represent me. They did not explain why or if they had a conflict of interest. I think I deserved to be treated better. I've dealt with many inept and unprofessional companies in my many years, but don't leave very many reviews. I had to make an exception in this case as these people put on such a good front.

I had called for a consultation, the assistant told me to email the attorney the documents and they'll review it then get back to me in about a week or two. Its been about a month now and I never got a respond back.

I've worked with this Law Firm for 7 months in regards of my Car Accident back in June and the service isn't what I expected based off of other reviews I've read. There was lack of communication when it came to keeping me updated on my case, the responsiveness whenever I needed a question answered would usually go unanswered until the week after I've emailed them and the overall customer service just wasn't what I needed for my case and eventually ended up switching over to a different law firm and I've only been with this new law firm for a couple of weeks and their customer service is 100% better than this law firm and they're keeping me updated throughout the whole process and including me in every email that is being sent out.

Quick to accept your case when you are referred by another attorney. Will sit on the case after that. Not return phone calls. Keep telling you the attorney is working on it and will call when you do speak to a human. Then decide it doesn't involve enough money for them. So they drop after you have waited months.

Whatever you do do not hire Ben Wilson for your attorney. I can't believe after what we went through, he still chose to get his money and never kept us informed or anything like that 😡. He didn't have his case together and acted like he cared but all he's worried about is himself

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My attorney was Joseph A. Linnehan. It took them 3 years to handle my car accident insurance claim & in the end I ended up with nothing. I recommend you stay far away from this firm if you want a good, hard working lawyer that is on your side & not just worried about getting their pay check.
