Crow Estate Planning and Probate is a boutique law firm in Clarksville, Tennessee. We focus our practice on three primary areas: estate planning, probate, and business formation. That is all we do. We believe by narrowing our practice we can provide focused attention on our clients and their families, learning their goals and values. Mr. John Crow provided my husband and I with a thorough and professional planning guidance with all of our estate preparation. The process was easier than we anticipated and his initial consultation was very explanatory in the different options available. We had a couple of consultations with Mr. Crow as we completed our decisions on our trusts, wills and other necessary documents. Whether it was an office consultation, email or phone call, he and his staff answered all of our questions and concerns with understandable language and explanations. It is evident that John Crow takes pride in providing his clients with the best service and in the clients best interests.

He explained the process of establishing a will, power of attorney and living will in easy to understand terms. His office was very patient with my questions and rescheduled appointments. I highly recommend John Crow and would definitely use him again if the need arises.

We were referred to Mr. Crow by an attorney at Fort Campbell, when were inquiring about establishing a trust for our grandson who is disabled. He met with us the same day, answered our questions patiently, showed us our options, communicated without using a lot of legal jargon, and was very warm and welcoming. His offices are beautiful, and very professional, without adding to our already high anxiety. He did a great job for us, and we are extremely pleased. We highly recommend his services.

He was patient with us and our questions, made sure we understood our options, and had the documents prepared quickly. We are very satisfied with his services and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family.

We're very happy about our experience with John Crow and will hire him again. John made everything understandable and was very prompt. His understanding of Tennessee law gave us options we didn't know we had. He found a flaw in how a prior attorney had handled things and drew up the proper documents to avoid potential problems and more align the legal status to the need. He's also a very nice guy and we enjoyed working with him!
