My case was handled with complete professionalism and competence throughout its course. Even after the case was over, they handled the unwanted calls that I was receiving, and gave me further advice. Their staff was highly competent also.
He was very helpful and answered any questions I had.
The only real issue I had was that they don't except email documentation nor do they scan docs and send them to you. There might be a legit reason for that though. Otherwise they were great and I'm very happy with the outcome.
