Hired Attorney Ernest Ricci

My husband and I hired Mr. Ricci and this law firm as a result of a contractor taking advantage of us. Over the time we dealt with this practice, everyone was very understanding , courteous and extremely responsive. It was always easy to contact Mr. Ricci and speak with him personally. We had a difficult case which took longer than originally anticipated but with their constant communication we were always informed of how the case was going. We would definitely recommend this firm.

The balcony above our condo was leaking into our living room causing significant damage and the HOA and management company were not acting on our behalf to resolve the issue. We reached out to Attorney Ernest Ricci of The Boatman Law Firm for assistance. We are extremely pleased with the results from Ernest's hard work. Our condo has now been repaired and the balcony is no longer leaking. Ernest was diligent, professional and extremely knowledgeable in Florida condominium law.

Hired Attorney Mr. James Boatman Jr., Esq.

My wife and I hired Mr. Boatman as our attorney to assist us with multiple foreclosure possibilities for condos we owned in Pensacola, FL. We worked with him and his office personnel for about 6 years and will continue to work with him in the future when indicated. We have found him to be honest and thorough throughout our relationship. There is no doubt in our minds that without his help we would be much worse off from a financial point of view. He listened to us and is now our friend.

Hired Law Firm

We hired Jim Boatman to help with building violations by construction next door which affected our property. Jim personally was with us all along the way helping us understand the process and our possible courses of action. After a lawsuit was filed, settlement was reached with the violations being removed. We would not hesitate to use the Boatman Law Firm in the future. Integrity and honesty are words that come to mind with any interaction with his team.

Being in the throws of a lawsuit by a bank is by far one of the most stressful experiences our family has ever experienced. Jim Boatman rode the roller coaster with us. He took on our emotions and made them his own. He cared for us professionally by dealing with the ugly business side of the suit, but became a caregiver by praying with us and for us. I cannot explain the depth of courage by a lawyer to let his personal beliefs and inner thoughts be revealed in such a positive way.
